Event Spaces

Studio Gallery, Courtyard, Secret Garden

TAJ ART INC has three event spaces available for booking: Studio Gallery, Courtyard and Secret Garden. We are available for Events: Industry Filming, Industry Photo Shoots, Art and Spiritual Workshops and Classes, Animal Fundraisers, and Art Shows. ​Located in Historic Hartwick Heights in the neighborhood of Eagle Rock in Los Angeles, CA on infamous Route 66.

Don't you like clean spaces? We do! All rentals have a mandatory cleaning charge of $125- unless you don't care for clean. Most events, excluding Workshops and Classes, are in collaboration with our Event Supervisor or Sunset Security for events 4-hours and over providing Event Host and Security Services included in prices below. Bookings are a 2-hour minimum during non-peak morning hours before 12 noon or during the week; over 4-hours available 9AM-10PM anytime; Outside food and beverage okay to give away; Ages 21+ for alcohol to give away. With respect to the gardens and neighbors- No loud music, No smoking allowed. Tables, Chairs and Linens available to rent on-site for your convenience. Event Rentals: 6’ Banquet Table $7-ea, White and Brown Folding Chair $2-ea, White Table Linen $13-ea, Highboy Tables $10/ea
 
Standard 90 Day Cancellation Policy: Guests who cancel more than 90 days before the start time will receive a full refund 
procuring a $250- non-refundable Cancelation Fee.
Guests who cancel between 30 days and 14 days before the start time will receive a 50% refund
procuring a $250- non-refundable Cancelation Fee.
Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the start time are non-refundable. 
Does not pertain to weddings and receptions.
Bookings that are for multiple days in-a-row are pre-paid and non-refundable.
Weddings and Receptions Policy: Planning and next year in-advance require a 20% payment which goes towards total amount are non-refundable.
Guests who cancel Bookings confirmed, updated or rescheduled prior to March 25, 2020, for Events scheduled to occur on or following May 24, 2020, will not be entitled to cancel and will not be eligible to receive a refund due to COVID-19. 
Rescheduled Bookings are non-refundable once confirmed. Any successive rescheduling attempts or failure to successfully reschedule a Booking within the conditions above will result in a cancellation of the Booking, subject to the Cancellation Fees.
Pricing includes 30 min site-visit complimentary, once booked two site-visits for 30 min each. Policies and prices are subject to change.
Venue was temporarily closed due to Covid-19 until restrictions are lifted as protocols change. No new events, previous events are rescheduling.

Please be advised: We will allow previous weddings/receptions to re-book however we will not host new weddings/receptions.

We will host new art, music, fundraisers, photo and film crew events only.
